To have your Pin emailed to you, please enter your email address in the field below, then click on the Proceed button. Once your email address has been identified, you will be able to have your pin emailed to you. If you have problems with the email address you used when you first created your Family Pin, please use the Support Form for assistance.

Also, please note that some ISPs, especially Earthlink, will not allow this feature to function due to the need to have the system email address in your address book. Therefore, because this is automated, if you use an ISP that sends us an email asking that we follow instructions to let the password reminder get to your inbox, you will not receive the automated reminder. To make this work, please contact your ISP and ask for their assistance in turning that feature off.
